We learned about BauArt Massivbau through a colleague. Since we were looking for a reasonably priced provider, we contacted many companies. BauArt Massivbau was not only cheaper than all the reputable providers, but also offered superior components. Whether it was the heating system from a premium manufacturer or the staircases – everything was of the highest standard. I would like to sincerely thank the sales manager, Mr. Semiz. He explained everything to us in detail, step by step. His experience and advice were incredibly helpful. We were a special case with a very tight budget. Mr. Semiz presented all the costs to us transparently, including potential additional expenses such as municipal and notary fees. In the end, we even paid less than originally calculated, which made us even happier. Thank you again, Mr. Semiz. After signing the contract, we moved on to planning the house. In the second phase, all the details were discussed, such as any work we would do ourselves (if desired), tiles, room layout, and which stones and bricks should be used. Every detail was discussed, and in my opinion, there's nothing BauArt Massivbau can't make happen. The second phase was a bit of a slog and quite nerve-wracking, as many decisions had to be made, but in the end, it turned out exactly as we had envisioned. The final phase was all about implementation. From this point on, our site manager, Mr. Wohlgemuth, oversaw the project. We owe him an incredible amount. His work ethic is phenomenal, and he met all the deadlines. Everything went according to plan, and every employee respects and honors him because he's a man of his word. When he says something, it's done. He's very meticulous when it comes to accepting the work – even the slightest discrepancy wasn't tolerated. Although we wouldn't have cared, he insisted on perfection. We also contributed some of the work ourselves, and Mr. Wohlgemuth was a great help, even though he didn't earn anything from it. He even went to the trouble of researching information such as legal regulations to ensure we weren't taken advantage of by other companies. In the end, the house was even finished ahead of schedule. Everything BauArt Massivbau did was like a vacation for us. We could stop by several times a day and admire the house like tourists. We've now been living in our own home for three years, and there's absolutely nothing to complain about. At the same time, several friends and family members were also building or renovating, but none of them had such a positive experience as we did with BauArt Massivbau. Finally, I'd like to thank all the employees of BauArt Massivbau once again for the excellent collaboration.
